. . . Identifying locations for new churches
. . . Providing guidelines and oversight
. . . Involving existing congregations
. . . Developing New Church Workshops for the Regional Event as needed
. . . Communicating about new churches through the Kansas Messenger and

. . . Proposing New Church Priority budget
